I can’t believe it’s been close to a month since I last posted anything on my website. My new project is really kicking my butt, but I’m learning a ton and it will be a multi-million dollar solutions once everything is said and done. Regardless, it is not all work and no fun in Columbus, [...]
Personally, the lead singer of BKB sounds just like Chris Martin from Coldplay and I dig that. Both have great voices. While the lyrics aren’t great, the melody/harmony are. Enjoy this little known song. ~david It’s hard to say how I fit in the line I lost my way lost my way my own mind [...]
Ladies and gentlemen, there has not been a better show on earth in the past week as there was in Dallas, Texas.
I still do not understand why these guys do not get a lot more airplay. They completely rock! Regardless, this is from the latest album "Our Love to Admire", which is absolutely great. Like most of their songs it’s about love and no love. However, if you look deeper perhaps you might see some sort of unhealthy obsession. Perhaps fleeting passage about a ‘chemical’ addiction.
This is why I love these guys and I’ll bee seeing them in concert in about 2 weeks.

The song title is Your Ex-Lover is Dead by the Stars, however there is a reworked piece of this song which starts with the title of this article. I found it both funny and telling of the song
Lyrically and musically this is an amazing song, it has been out for a few years, but has never really had any airplay. I think the lyrics speak for themselves.

So, I’ve recently started listening to these guys and they have a couple of song that are just great. However, this has to be their best song so far and the video is pretty damn good.
I think this is another song that is very obvious on its meaning. Long distance relationships, a future that you wish you, and a woman that you’re madly in love with.
Hey there Delilah….

Got a chance to see RHCP in concert this past weekend and once again they were great. They played all the classics and their light/video show was great. Last time I saw them it was at an open venue so there was no light/video show. If you ever get a chance to see them and you’re a fan, you will not be disappointed.

Probably one of my favorite tracks from the DCfC CD. I think the song speaks for itself love knows no end.

What would happen if Queen went emo? Well if you listen to MCR’s new album that is what would happen. Not as good as their previous album, but not bad either 3-4 good solid tracks. Of course the continuous singing about death and sadness can get a bit old, but then again these guys are targeting the angst of teens… So, why am I attracted to this type of music?
Regardless, MCR’s new stuff is not really worth full price, however $9.99 is not a bad price or just download a couple of tracks off itunes.

Song is about confusion, one of my favorite Counting Crows songs, which there are a ton. I recently saw them in concert and like usual they never disappoint. If you get a chance check them out.
Finally, check out the new The Killers cd Sam’s Town, not as great as their first, but not too bad and it worth a spin. Especially for 9.99 you can’t wrong.
